Geolocation Games on Android in France: Q4 2024 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of geolocation games on Android in France has shown interesting trends. According to Sensor Tower data, here's how the top five apps performed:

Pokémon GO experienced fluctuations in both revenue and user engagement. Weekly revenue started at approximately $80.7K but dipped to around $33.5K by the end of December. Downloads peaked at 15.2K in mid-November, while active users varied, peaking at over 592K in the same period before declining to about 431K.

ATLAS:EARTH - Paid Fun saw a steady rise in revenue, reaching around $14.3K by late December. Downloads increased significantly, reaching a high of 11.6K in late November, and active users grew from a modest 185 to approximately 25.7K by the quarter's end.

Jurassic World Alive maintained a relatively stable revenue stream with slight variations, ending at about $3.9K. Downloads remained modest, with a peak of 1.1K in October. Active users showed an upward trend initially, peaking at over 5.5K before settling at around 3.1K.

Monster Hunter Now showed a varied revenue pattern, starting at $4.9K and concluding at around $3.9K. Downloads experienced a significant drop, starting at 781 and reaching zero by the end of December. Active users remained stable around 7.9K, with minor fluctuations.

Finally, Pikmin Bloom had a consistent revenue with minor fluctuations, closing the quarter at $1.8K. Downloads peaked early at 3.4K in mid-October but decreased steadily. Active users initially rose to 25.4K in November before declining to 13.4K by year-end.
